Full refunds are available if, after 24 hours or less, you decide to not continue services, and you have not received a finished product.

In the case that services have been performed, and it has been more than 24 hours since work has commenced, but you are not satisfied with the work performed and wish to discontinue services, a refund will be provided for all payments, excepting half of the hourly rate set forth in the contract for the time spent by the editor working on your project.
